Beginners Posture Workshop

This is a chance to gain a better understanding of the benefits and mechanics of the postures, which will allow you to go deeper into your Bikram practice.
In addition, you will get tips and corrections, helping you to improve how you approach the postures.
In Workshop 1 we will go through the basics for:
• Standing Separate Leg Stretch
• Triangle Pose
• Standing Separate Leg Head to Knee
• Tree / Toe
In Workshop 2 we will continue with:
• Spine Strengthening Series – all 4 postures
• Savasana and Sit Ups
You will have the chance to ask as many questions as you like! The workshop will run for 2 hours and it is recommended you practice either before or after the workshop.
The cost for the work shop is £20 cash each OR £35 cash for both, space is limited so please book early at the studio to confirm your place.
