Stephanie’s teaching career began in dance and she has over 10 years’ experience teaching a wide range of ages from tots all the way up to adults. Her interest in yoga began during her time at Coventry University, where she practiced Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga four times a week for three years. When these three years came to an end, Stephanie graduated with a first class honours degree in Dance Making and Performance.
After being inspired by her own personal yoga practice, Stephanie qualified as a Yoga instructor in January 2015 and has since then trained in Aerial Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Partner & Community Yoga.
Stephanie’s yoga sessions are influenced by many different styles of yoga but primarily Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Strala & Hatha. She attends regular yoga workshops and CPD trainings across the UK each year, which not only help with her own practice but inspire her teaching.
